We do not keep stock of our products. After we receive confirmation of orders from you, we start to prepare your items fresh every time. Please allow us 2-4 working days to prepare to suit your custom requirements. For meals, our Help Desk team will call you to understand allergies and preferences. For treats and specials, our cooks prepare them fresh each time. We will need a minimum of two days to ten days to deliver your products safely to you based on your location.
All products will have instructions on how to store and use them. We attempt to provide precise information to help you consume them safely. However, not all details can be provided in writing. Please feel free to contact our Help Desk or refer to our FAQs.
We never compromise on sustainable packaging. Wherever possible, we use reusable packaging. Our meals get delivered in sustainable steel tiffin boxes. We have invested in hygienic, hands-free, germ-free, clean machine washing methods in our kitchen. We request you to wash the steel tiffin boxes in clean water before returning them to our kitchen. Our own trained delivery personnel will pick them up from your place. For treats and specials, we use packaging material that are earth-friendly. You may receive them in glass bottles that you can keep and use in your kitchen. You may discard paper bags safely as they contain no plastic.
We ship from Malleswaram (560003). For Any deliveries that our personnel can do within Bangalore, orders above INR 500 is free of shipping costs. For anything below it, we charge INR 60 + taxes. This will be indicated to you on the checkout page based on delivery address.
For all orders outside of pincodes we can deliver ourselves, we charge a flat fee of INR 160 + taxes. We ship to most major cities in India and a few smaller towns as well. You can see delivery availability on the product pages as well as the checkout page.

If you are in Bangalore, India, your order will most likely be delivered by one of our trained delivery personnel in person. We do not use third party delivery agents to deliver your orders within Bangalore city to the pincodes that we can service ourselves.
For pincodes that our delivery personnel cannot reach within Bangalore and any pincodes outside of Bangalore, we use the services of FedEx courier services through ShipRocket, our outstation delivery partner.
When you enter the pin code before you shop, our website will automatically filter products we can deliver to your location. Our website will also show you during checkout, if we can deliver to your address. We do not take orders for products we cannot deliver.
We follow government stipulated Covid-19 norms for preparing, packaging, and delivery of your products safely to you. Please check the package to make sure that the package is not damaged or tampered with. If so, kindly contact our support help desk.
Some, not all, of our products are presently available for Pan India shipping. Enter your pin code for the website to filter items and show you. Special delivery charges apply. All conditions and charges are calculated and shown before you checkout. There are no hidden charges.
We do not offer International Shipping at the present moment.
