What does ‘Whole Food Plant Based’ mean?

Plant Based means food sourced from plants, and not from animals.

Whole Food means food in its wholesome, natural form, where nothing good has been removed and nothing bad has been added.

Organic means food grown and stored without using any harmful chemicals.

Many of our products are 100% organic. The rest contain several organic ingredients.

Going 100% organic is challenging. Many ingredients are not grown without chemicals, yet they are not labelled organic on the package unless they are certified.

How much time does it take for delivery?

Any order placed on our website or app usually takes:

1-4 working days to get delivered within Bangalore
7-15 working days to get delivered outside Bangalore across India (most orders take less than 9 working days, some up to 15 days)

Good Barfi - can be further improved

Good Healthy Barfi option - filling and tasty. Can by further improved with using more crushed pumpkin seeds and lesser dates. Rose Petals (increase slightly) and Vanilla extract gives good smell.

Absolutely delicious!

crunchy and can taste amazing vanilla flavour in the soft parts. I have been ordering it regularly.

Non addictive healthy barfi*

The Burfi was good but the pricing was very expensive for me. A little more of Rose flavour would have been (I think rose flavour is almoat missing) much better. Three star is because of the pricing otherwise I would have given it a 4 star for a definitely healthy sweet to bite into without any guilt of ill health created by consuming it thankyou Sampoorna ahara, appreciate your work and offerings, but for the pricing

Flaxseed laddoos

Though I do not encourage fortified food, however, the goodness of flaxseeds with dates and cocoa flavour (subtle) is delicious strong anti inflammatory food. If one can opt for non-fortified, would be very helpful.

Vegan cake

Delicious cake with real mango.

The slightly dangling texture of the peanut butter when you open the jar or when you try to scoop out with a spoon shows its pure. You can still see minute crumbs of peanut which says its all natural ! Really love it for its purity. Thank you for this product.
