Rotis are made with a variety of whole grains, including whole wheat, bajra and jowar. Local, seasonal grains are included to harness their high fiber & anti-inflammatory potential
Rotis are made with zero oil. Oil consumption is associated with higher levels of triglycerides and cholesterol, raising risk of heart disease. Our rotis have fresh vegetable purees, nut butters and legume flours mixed in to make them soft with zero oil.
Rotis are freshly prepared each time and cooled down before packing. Cooling down rotis improves the formation of resistant starch, which help prevent too large a sugar spike after meals.

I love the way dishes are cooked :
1. Be it the Tulasi leaves added to the fruits, grated fresh Amla with turmeric (actually this is recommended in Ayurveda to treat Prameha- a condition similar to hyperglycaemia.
2. The subzi,
3. Baked pakoda,
4. Dal and
5. Last but not least the salad with creamy nuts dressing.
Is there a training program on cooking exclusively? I would seriously consider it to attend.
Inspired by Sampoorna cooking, I tried to recreate the salad and dal. It was awesome.
I included peanuts without the skin.
It was good. However, not exactly the same as you cook :)

I was struggling hard to find a natural food service.
Until now, I had only vegan option from other food service centre. However, being a vegan is just not enough.
