Onion Tomato Chutney is the crowd favourite. Everybody loves this tangy, spicy, savoury chutney! This is a super healthy oil-free version.
Onion Tomato Chutney
Every time we make this chutney for our customers, we have someone or the other write to us, asking us for the recipe. They all get shocked that we make this recipe as tasty as it comes without using oil!
1 Green Chili
1 inch piece Ginger
4 tsp Miso Paste
2 tbsp Cashews
5 Curry Leaves finely chopped
1 pinch Asafoetida / Hing
Peel onion and ginger. Grind onion, tomato, and green chili to a paste.
Cook until done.
Mix in miso paste and asafoetida / hing.
Garnish with cashews and curry leaves.
