Why I Eat a Whole Food Plant Based Diet?
Ilove Nature. I love animals. I love myself.
I find that eating a whole food plant based diet takes care of all three in just one act!
Natural Farming & Whole Food Plant Based Diet
I like Natural Farming methods and realise that one doesn't have to strain to do something in ways that are roundabout and not perfect at all. Sometimes the simplest things are the best ones to adopt. So why make sugars/maida/white rice when having whole foods, unprocessed is better for health? In the first case, one would not only fall sick but also add to the carbon emissions while processing!
Why grow animals in farms, torture them, and extract proteins in different forms from them, when you can simply get the equivalent amount of proteins from a variety of plants? Lesser expense, lesser energy expended, greater health!
I am an Undying Fan of Whole Food Plant Based System
Watching The Game Changers re-enforced that the easiest way to staying healthy was by eating unprocessed plant-based foods!
Oil-free snacks, sugar-free sweets, breads, cakes, condiments, spreads and regular tiffin meals from Sampoorna Ahara has shown me how innovatively you can mimic your favourite foods and yet make them absolutely healthy! Why would I complain?
Most of all though, having survived cancer and DUB thanks to this diet, has made me become an undying fan of this system!
